Anybody know a good converter that can convert rmvb/rm to .wmv? And it has to be free.

Why do you want to re-encode a totally shitty format to another totally shitty format?

Because it was the only format I can find, and .wmv works really well in sony vegas

Here's a hint, avi with a lagarith or huffYUV codec works much better.

Tell me, do you know the difference between a codec and a container?

Just use Real Alternative with AviSynth and VirtualDub through DirectShowSource.
