zettai karen children has semi transformation scenes, they dont actually change clothes but do the flashy light poses and stuff

Don't know if you're interested in using videogames, but Heather, the protagonist in Silent Hill 3, get a bonus outfit after you play through into which she transforms. The outfit's pretty hilarious in it's own way, especially given the context of the game.
