It'll be called ef - a tale of melodies and will include pretty much the same staff. I'm assuming this will be based on the new ef visual novel that was released back in May.

The trailer found there is utterly gorgeous! Looks like Kei's friend Mizuki is going to get a lot more screentime in this one along with Yuuko and Yuu.

I can see that trailer being used in lots of amvs as well ;O

Just made it to this one on my list of anime to watch. Finished the last episode a few minutes ago.
This show was the best drama I have ever seen, in my opinion. Easily toping Kanon and Clannad in that aspect. And it was damn beautiful. Loved it.

Looking forward to Season 2.

Nooo!! Seriously, I had the same reaction as you (just read the first page of this thread) but after actually bothering to get into, I realized that it was insanely good, specially episode 7 and 10, goddamnit they were pulled off so well.

Just checked the dvds.Pure awesomeness...

It looked like at least 20% shinier.I was rewatching the Miyako scene at the public telephone (ep10) and I couldn't really recognise it.The number count,the colours,a new shattering effect when Hirono comes,it all looked so different...
