If I'm honest with me the same, I can say that my last AMV:
It is an idea is simple, cheap and technically very poorly executed ...
Now, I am working to improve, make good amvs, with a solid foundation to return to the track.
My new AMV (Jaddziadax / / Projec) will be the beginning of that road!
Auriga ... Auriga ... Well I can say ... I have noticed, has a good performance, but based on a bad idea, "Auriga" presents the same idea that "Magic Pad" which for me is a bad idea ... but has a good performance ... and for this reason I liked!

This is why I'm not typically crazy about MADs.8bit_samurai wrote:x2Janzki wrote:To me concept has more weight. I'd rather watch a decently edited video that has a good idea behind it than a highly polished creation with no point.
That said, the execution still has to be good enough for the concept to be clear. It's really frustrating to watch a video that feels like half a concept, because the execution was just a liiiittle too weak for you to make out the rest of it.

Perhaps, but you have to look at the overall picture, I'll give that he went with a similer concept as one he'd done before, but overall there's still very few amvs with that editing style and mood. Would you say it's originallity if he hadn't done the style before, but it's the same upbeat techno dance amv we see so much now? Or even worse a typical but well edited drama? I think the style is still very unused, and I'd like to see more, whether it's by him again or someone else shouldn't matter.ObamaMom wrote: Auriga ... Auriga ... Well I can say ...
