The Eyes Have it (looking for eye makeup!)

Hi all, I'm looking for series/character which have cool or crazy eye makeup/markings around the eyes! ^_^ So far I have:

Last Exile (Dio and Delphine)
Naruto (Gaara)
Bleach (Grimmjow and Ulquiorra)
Death Note (L)

So can you recommend any others?

The Proxy in Ergo Proxy has some interesting eye getup.

Haruka in My Hime.
In ep. 2 of Love Hina, one of Shinobu's classmates is given a very bad makeover.
There is a still frame in the ending titles of Kashimashi where Tomari paints over Hazumu's eyes.

San from Princess Mononoke has some red makeup on her face, under her eyes; I'm not sure if that's what you mean. Suki from Avatar has some pretty detailed eye makeup.
