What you can do is make a 600x80 sig and cut it in half so it's 2 600x40 pieces. Then, paste them into your sig on top of each other so it looks like 1 600x80 sig. (And each piece needs to be under 100kb.)

As long as it is settled, everything is cool.

Anyway, to better get my banner corrected I would need to set it's pixel size to 600 pixels in length and 40 pixels in height. If that doesn't work, I will try Wurpess's suggestion by putting it into 80 pix in height and cutting its height in half. Making sure each piece is way less than 100 KB, I would paste them into my signature on top of each other.
Hopefully, It'll appear in no time.[/b]

Well, so much for uncovering the problem and it all had to do with my Roxio Digital Media program. After countless adjustments with the program, I just could not get it the right way I wanted to on photobucket. This resulted in a small looking banner. It came out really small instead so I needed to adjust it as much as possible.
After trying that, I decided to use Paint which made it a lot easier for me. The banner's size is 280 pixels in width and 45 pixels in height which is a little past 40 pixels, so I set it to photobucket again!!! Finally, it's below my signature.
Is that acceptable or do I need to tone it down 5 pixels more? Don't worry, it's less than 100 KB.
