Ram preview not playing sound

It plays sound when I have no video on it, but when I do it won't play. I'm using CS3.
Oh, and this is on After Effects.

Hmm, I have that problem aswell sometimes. First, go into the audio and make sure theres an audio wave (by pressing L and L again I believe, don't have AE on this comp). Also, make sure you're using a wav and not mp3. Sometimes, that can be the issue I believe.
