Hello. I'm thinking up some ideas for a video, but don't know a lot of songs that relate to stress relief and rising above all trials and tribulations. What songs out there matches this mood?

Not really sure if this is exactly what you're looking for but I'll throw it to the mix.

I always thought of this song as "the new self" talking to "the old self", though maybe this is more about depression than stress or whatever.

Particular to some of my favorite styles:

Rock

Hip-Hop

Trance

Techno

Christian Rap

Pop

Other instrumentals

Just about these categories. If you recommend any other styles that have great songs relative to this then let me know. Hope this helps make it more specific.
