Ah. So many worthy posts to read at the end. A lot of people should think about them.

@Chiii:
I rember when I came along the forums the first time in 2004 and were already treaten in some kind of the same way. So this problem was already there many years before today.
In all honesty, everyone here needs to get over themselves.
I agree. The problems have many facets and everybody has to get over at least one facette.

When I start feeling sorry for myself, I do a search and see how many vids have been up---some for *ages* with NO downloads whatsoever. Then I shut myself up.

Good for you.

Just keep watching and creating things you like without analyzing why you do that and how things were then and are now. Seriously, your life will be simplier, you will be happier and you will have more free time if you stop thinking about such matters you aren't able to change after all.
I rly liek Pokemanz and so should you.

Are we running out of good ideas? :shock:

Well really it's just different for everyone. Someone who has been sticking around for 10 years might get bored really easily by the lack of new experiences, but it's the exact opposite for a newbie, for whom new heavily influenced videos might feel original and something he hasn't seen before. And the feeling is really what matters, at least for me, not how things look like in a chronological timeline.

Originality - it's also a subjective feeling and will never disappear as that :D

Also, I agree with Chii that the amount of offensive criticism is quite overwhelming. The same goes with the noob hate. And unfortunately just telling them it doesn't help the editor at all, and instead it offenses him, doesn't really fix the attitude since it's carried around like a ridiculous crown. Well, violence and ignorance are such products many are eager to buy, like a Joker brainwash. Just hoping people could keep that to themselves since there are always better (constructive and kinder) ways to form your opinions. It's not hardcore or cool&cocky or other mainstream crap but it doesn't have to be =)
