….yeah I feel for you (just got my new computer in February or March but I was suffering until then, I promise). My new hard drive is a Western Digital. It’s extremely quiet. It has great ratings on newegg too so I figured it’d be to my advantage to get it. They've gotten their act together in terms of product quality.

1.5?! FREE?! Gratis?! Tada?! Jeez! As for creativity, I definitely see the advantages. It's just sitting down and having the patience working with clip after clip that I would have originally imagined being more of a challenge (it's definitely a challenge for me and my eyeballs). I have a few ideas myself right now, but my issue is now learning the new software to produce it, and then the fact that while I'm working on my current project, I'm already thinking of other ones I want to do next. So many ideas, so little time.

I was diagnosed with ADD when I was a kid.

Ironically, I just got a psych evaluation done, and they say I no longer qualify. Apparently, according to a recent study, some people can outgrow it.

Aww. I didn't make it in. I entered an upbeat one, which it seems they were even short on. I thought I did a pretty good job. Maybe the video quality was too low though. Hopefully I an get an idea for a new AMV to enter next year. The one I entered was Cowboy Bebop to Life in the Fast Lane btw. At least I can request it to be shown in the overflow.

Actually, I'm saving up for when, and if, I make Ready, Steady, GIT-R-DONE II: Now With Tater Salad.

It's not gonna happen anytime soon though. I figure at least two years from now. I have special plans for it, and I need to set the timing just right.

Oh! By the way, my vid's up now. Like I said, I didn't expect much for or from it, just a two-minute vid. I added stuff not seen in the submitted version. Details sooner or...not.

On a somewhat related note, The AMV Salad thing sounds like a lot of fun. I had a few short parody ideas, but I'm waiting for some better editing software. I'll consider an entry.

this is my first amv competition and i qualified! -squee-

i did a really really bad job on my amv though, so I dont expect to win anything, but it's a big step for me

anyway~im happy with my progress~! I believe this is my 2nd amv, so yea~
