Right. It's just that the whole concept for the video was "random clips to random audio".Bauzi wrote:It´s strange. It should be my taste but somehow it doesn´t. I really like some parts, but some other parts I just thought "Aha, so what?". Like close to the end with the noisy cigarette scene. I think this was just a bit too random for me. Well ok it was part of the concept wich was executed fine, but that doesn´t mean that I have to like it or that completly random scenes have to go with random audio, right?

Exactly.Bauzi wrote:A lot of people consider this video here as "one of the few true horror vids". I´m not sure about it. It didn´t really scared me or creeped me because of the randomness. It definatly goes into that correction, but it´s not completly in the genre. It´s more a strange video with a dark atmosphere.

Really? It didn't seem very random to me at all. I actually found the cigarette scene to be the most striking image in the entire video, even though I wasn't completely sure what she was surprised at. But then if she isn't the mother like I originally assumed, and she's someone else who thought the mom was dead, then her shock makes perfect sense. I can definitely see myself rewatching this a lot to see what other interpretations I can find in this poignant study on childhood trauma.Janzki wrote:Right. In short, this is a very Janzki video.
