Uploading a second video in a differnt quality

I have uploaded my main AMV

1280x720





and now i would like to upload a lower quality vertion (720x480) but its the same video how would i go about doing this?

You can only have one local link, so your only option would be to have the 720p version uploaded to a server/website somewhere and link to it either directly or indirectly.

Although the rules might have changed, so I dunno.

I will see about getting one set up directly from a server for now but if somone could tell me if i can upload 2 identical vids but in a diffrent quality please let me know ^^

Not that bad of an idea.

Better yet, videos that go past 5 minutes in length, up the aloud amount of space to be increased. If in the 5 minute range, up to 120 mb, 6 minute 140, 7 minute 160, etc...
