No Video when importing AVI into Premiere Pro CS3

Post by skythe29 » Thu Jul 31, 2008 11:12 am

Hi All I'm new here and I found this site through searching the net for some answers and I was so happy to have found this^__^ 'coz i really love anime and I would want to make a music video for it^__^

So here's my problem, I've tried importing AVI format to Premiere CS3 and there's no video only audio...What can I do to solve this problem? please help?

Oh and my friend also tried installing an XVID compressor(??) and it worked fine when I tried importing, I could see the video already but when I tired opening Premiere again and tried to import again, the following error occured: "Unsupported audio rate in file"

I'm really lost and I don't know what to do. This is my first time trying to edit in Premiere and I really want to learn please help...
