The song's too happy and sunny and feel good for an anime like Hellsing. I've bever seen Trigun, Fate Stay Night or Galaxy Express. Sailor Moon could work, but keep the suggestions coming.

i second fate/stay night, although it might be hard to do too many romance scenes with her being in armor and swinging around a sword most of the time.

If you want to use Tina from Ai Yori Aoshi you're gonna want to get ahold of Ai Yori Aoshi ~Enishi~, the OVA series, because there is a lot more Tina being romantic in there rather than Tina just being spastic and/or drunk. :O
