like *maskakta* said, zero=loser, so why not have one character giving the loser sign (finger and thumb on forehead) to another? though I can't think of any scenes or anime in particular.
what's the song anyway? :D

There are few times of Zero. Why not first time show the loser, second time show the character named zero, third time show the bad luck of a person....... and so on XD

so the options are zero from megaman,a person giving the loser sign,a guy with bad luck,test scores,another guy named zero from code Gease
and maybe sub zero(if mortal kombat counts as an anime, i think not)
