It sounds like it's in Japanese. I can't discern enough consecutive words to try and Google it by the lyrics. So, knowing it's in Japanese, and hoping the song was called 'Requiem', I searched for "j-rock requiem" and found it.

Video = Fail

Subtitles, divx logo, horrible encoding even for hosatchel, and it sounds like they recorded the song with a $5 Radio Shack microphone, thus butchering one of my favorite songs.
