famous people who could be amv fans
i hardly see amvs mentioned anywhere other than on the net or at cons of various sorts (and in casual conversation with friends etc) but i have a hunch that there are quite a few people out there in the spotlight who might be amv fans but have never had any real cause to come out and say it.
so, first person i nominate is Stephen Colbert. This guy is one of my modern day heroes, he is intelligent but, unlike many intelligent people, he has a sense of humor. he also used to play D&D which he mentioned on his show several times which instantly makes a him a hero to many of my friends as we play it on occasion.
As for why he may be an amv fan, he had his green screen challenge in which he took some green screen footage of him self swinging a lightsabre around and challenged people to make a video out of it. Many of the entries were very amvish (although more along the parody types) and even George Lucas joined in the fun.
So, can anything think of any other famous people who could be amv fans? if so, give some reasons. Yes i'm bored, working a night shift for 8 hours with not much else to do

well, anime only became widespread throughout the world rather recently. anime originated in Japan and is hence probably the most popular there, makes sense that many Japanese people, famous or not, would be fansmoonie211 wrote:I don't know if its true but I've heard rumors that there are alot of famous Japanese people that like anime.

I guess its really true that I suck at sarcasm
I probably should leave that to the pros ^_^
I was serious about the Micheal Jackson part though
It was the video "scream" he did with Janet jackson.

Back when I first saw the video, I didn't even notice it.
