Awesome to see Samurai Champloo getting some love. This series seems to have slipped beneath the radar for some reason, which is a shame. I'm working on an AMV for Champloo myself so my excitement going into this is high...
Titles/intro are great. Set a distinct mood and energy level. Some nicely synced sequences near the beginning, esp. the rainbow-tinted stuff. However, as the vid goes on the energy and attention to detail seem to taper off. The slowed-down fight sequences around 1:30+ are painful to watch--the pixel blending between frames is awful. Slowmo should be used sparingly on animation footage imo, and the sequence chosen here is too fast so the pixel blending is horribly smeared/ghosted. And what happens to the editing at this point? We get extended sequences with minimal cutting. Some cute synced bits don't save the vid at this point.
Overall, starts strong but fizzles out before the halfway mark. Feels unfinished. My advice is to revisit the second half of this with the same energy and meticulousness seen in the intro.

Pixel blending? O_o I dont rly get what are you saying. Also..there isnt any slowed down fightning scene. ^^ Everything has a speed up, or going with normal speed. Depend on the rhytm and the beat. Anyway....the minimal cutting is a bit hard....especially...because there were a much more work with the second part of the amv then with the rest of. All the fights are cut at least 20-30times. Sorry...but i think this comment isnt served well
Well...but if you didnt see the cut, it means I worked well

If you like it´s ok, but you really seam to get more and more away from the stuff that I like.

Did you made the background by yourself? Hat off. I like the effects beside the typographie and yeah if think that´s the only think I like this time...
This has some youtube taste and it´s seams to me to be a fail itself. It´s so... uncontroled? hectic? I don´t know how to explain it. Only speed ups with no real scenes for the flow or the mood of the music make no good music video at all and that´s the thing that comes to my mind if I watch it. There maybe could be so many chances with intelligent internal sync and no plain speed ups .-.
I liked the "drug" scene around 00:48, because i think that the video doesn´t fit bad to the music here, but the rest is really unpleasent for me. You still get kudos for using the song, but the video doesn´t really work for me. There just doesn´t come up a mood or a feeling when I watch it.
Gnah the editing doesn´t fit the song for me in general here.
