Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Be patient. Bitching about no feedback isn't going to make people want to help, on the other hand i'm surprised nobody has helped you out yet, whatever... I'll give it a look.

I'm about 21 seconds in and I can already tell this is going to be just you slapping random clips on a song. You have a scene with a lot of action and shooting and whatnot before the song even really takes off. The dude is just talking and you have all this shooting.

*continues to watch because he said he would*

Subtitles. That's a big no no. If you MUST download your footage for whatever reason at LEAST crop out your subs. They are very distracting.

*continues watching again*

Yah, I'm going to stop watching now. Because so far this has been pretty much a straight scene of anime put to some music. If I wanted to watch the anime I would be watching it, not your "Amv". You don't synch to anything, you didn't put any effort into it at all. This is pretty much what I expect to see 90% of the time from new people. They obviously haven't watched any good amvs to learn what should probably go into making an acceptable vid, they just decided to do it so they downloaded some of their favorite anime, downloaded some music they like, put it on the timeline, and gave it out to everybody else.

Please. Read some guides, watch some videos. Enjoy your stay.

They won't get better with time on their own. You can just keep slapping clips on the timeline and Expect your videos to get better. You need to put so effort forth. Pull yourself up, and make another vid.

this was just a big clip of an anime to some random song. there wasn't any sync nor editing. the video had subtitles which as nerdstrudel stated is a no no if your going to use download footage at least use raw footage which contains no subtitles.

The program is absolutely nothing if the editor sucks. Plain and simple. If you think adding random ass effects to your clips is going to make a video you're dead wrong.
