This is a fast pace video I made for Otakon. I did my best trying to sync the video with the song, and tried to use as many different scenes as I could(no repeats). Hope you enjoy this video a much as I enjoyed making it.

(opinions and qc's appreciated)

 meh getSSS

Edit:Very good editing, the idea is simple but very well prepared, this within the flow of basic concepts and to draw attention, very good selection of scenes in general is a good AMV, perfect to hang out!

It's been that long, huh CodeChrono?

What can I say? I like to keep most of my videos simple without the extra special effects. Syncing as always been my best forte. Maybe I should try to do more with my videos for the future.

Thanks for checking it out guys. And thanks for the comment Megamom! ^_^

You suffered most from scenes lastings wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too long. The opening scene (sora sitting and riki/kairi dissolving) and another scene (the stairs running up/down) just for example.

When the scenes weren't blathering on, this video actually had pretty amazing sync to it. Action scenes were interesting and intuitive, and kind of unqiue, even though the sources made me not want to take it seriously. :O

Oh, and the photoshopping at the beginning was in dire need of work. XD

Good stuff though. I enjoyed it.

I agree with Code Chrono here. The actiony syncy parts were great. I liked the simple editing. It suited this. But some of the scenes just went on for too long. Unless it is a REALLY exciting scene or it somehow fits the song, there shouldn't be long, drawn out scenes in an action vid. Particularly when you have other parts in the vid that look intense. And I like the concept of the photoshopped parts, but I can be a bit anal retentive about it. (Like the fact that your edges weren't all cleanly erased. :P) But yeah. It was overall a cute vid. Had some great actiony parts, but still needed work on others. And it needed to be deinterlaced. ;) (Unless that's just me.)

To let it be known, I didn't use photoshop. I was using GIMP 2.0(which may be more difficult to use, I'm not sure.) I'm not at all good with any art program(that includes Paint. )

I definately could of alternated the said two scene, but the first scene was intentional to bring out the action that was to follow. The second scene I can't say anything, I was running out of footage to use.

I was trying to match certain scene with the lyrics of the song, but afterwards, it was all about syncing scenes with the music beat.

Also, i'm not to familiar with the whole de/interlacing thing, so I'll have to study on that.

Thanks CodeChrono and wurpess for your opinions. (this makes three people who actually checked out my amv when announced. *wonders what it takes to be as popular as (first random name with big fan base)Radical Yue*)

Think nothing of it, Moonie. ^_^
I'm just glad people are actually checking out my video after being gone for so long. I already sent this to otakon so if it's not going to be a finalist, I at least have the privilege of showing it on the bigscreen.

Ah, romping around in Engrish... BY GOD GET RID OF THAT AWFUL HORRIBLE INTERLACING!

Yea, that's my first reaction. The video otherwise bops along in its corny high-saturation game footage glory, with editing neither getting in the way nor doing anything particularly impressive. Nice feel to it, but please do something about the interlacing. It ruins the viewing for me.
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…
