After Effects CS3 Screen shot

How do you do this? I can't figure it out. I want it like how you can screen shot the PREVIEW, not the actual whole screen.

It should be something like File > Export > Frame. Is that what you're looking for?

It is actually Composition>Save Frame As> Photoshop layers...

Yea, somewhere in all of this I misread something as Premiere instead of AE. That's my bad.
