Drowing huh?

One Piece.. Luffy almost drowns a few times as well does a few other fruit users. I can tell what eps if interested.

other anime...

Fushigi Yugi- miaka almost drowns when tomahome is evil and later in an ova(I think) there is a bad guy that has a drowning action.
Host club- Haruhi in ocean
Peach girl- momo saves boyfriend 2x
Azamanga dioh- didn't they almost drown in the pool?
Itazura no kiss- the little brother drowns and main heroine saves him
