Vegas Installation Problem :'(

when I try to install sony vegas it says: "the installation Wizard has ended prematurely. your system has not been modified. to install this program at a later time, please run the installation again." well It has said that for around a week now and im not so patient anymore =/ if you wanna know I am admin, I have no virus programs running, there is nothing wrong with my setup file.

Update your computer often, I needed windows xp service pack2 to install my Vegas, but now I updated to the 3rd one

Yea Im using Vista... but I have a little mark down in my right cornor where MSN and all that stuff is saying : Updates are not installed automaticly. And I just Re-booted my com so that might be the thing... Now how do I install the updates??

no I want 7.0 =/ I tried to install 8.0 but I get no media's, effects or transitions =/

What, are you pirating this or something? 8 definitely comes with all of that stuff. -_-

I said that because of my re-boot I lost all my stuff -.- the 8.0 is a trail because why would I want to buy something that I doesnt work... I used 7.0 before my re-boot and now I have this problem with it -.-
