Post by sithshake » Tue Jun 17, 2008 12:27 pm

i would like to know if i can chop up files, like in windows movie maker, to make the clips shorter. i have 30 min bleach episodes, and would not like to go through each file and have each one and find the clip i want. i just would like to know how to make the files into little smaller segments. im tring to make a kenpachi amv, and just need help on this. thank you

protip: editing involves work.

You can probably throw together a script in avisynth for VirtualDub to go through your video files and turn them into a bunch of XX second clips if you want, but I fail to see the point. If you're editing anything worth watching, you're choosing your clips specifically for your video. It's to your benefit to know what you're working with.
