Just out of curiosity, if my friend who plays music allowed me to use his song for making a video (since he's no editor) would that still count as original music? Or is what you're saying is that you have to create the music yourself?

Gah .... this is complicated. I want the editors to have played some part in making the song ...but i guess that's a bit of a rarity that somebody edits and plays a instrument ... so I guess i can adjust the rules so that if you have the PERMISSION of the artist(and that the person who made it is somebody you know personally), you could make the video in their place.
So yeah, i guess i can allow it pas.
I guess in the end it's still original music, so what the hell.

@nerd: Yeah, i know what a cunt punt is, lol. (though i've always called it a box shot) I was just laughing at the idea you would suggest that for a mep title, lol, good stuff.

I Normally woulda said that would come out being shit but, true story here, I was Really tired at like.. 3 in the morning yesterday.. er.. Earlier today I suppose and I was on skype with two friends... Apparently when I'm tired I sing a lot and one of my friends send this song I had never heard, I listened to it and started rappin' to it. I mean it obviously wasn't great but... >_>.. It was pretty decent from what I remember. So in other words if you want that to happen you're going to have to wait for me to be really tired on Skype and then provide some phat beats :O
