M@D's as a category?

These videos seem to be poping up more freqently so I have a number of questions some related some not

.

1.) Manga isn't actually anime so are manga to music vids officially allowed on this site? (manga that have never been made into anime as well?)

2.) What about adding M@D as a category on the video information page and/or to search by?

3.) Adding a M@D VCA category? (not that I think there are many vids like that on the site "yet" but if they were encouraged that might be a different story.)

Anyway just some post tandori chicken burger with salad on the side thoughts.

Manga is allowed, since it's produced in Japan and because it's drawn. Anything drawn is permitted, at long as it doesn't violate local rules.

As a lot of anime originates from manga, it's allowed for now...

What, exactly, does M@D (same as MAD?) stand for? I've yet to figure that out. =\
