I'm developing a cross-platform (Windows/Mac/Linux) Video Editor called "Saya VE" Officially, it's a recursive acronym (linux guys love these) for "Saya-VE Ain't Yet Another Video Editor", or simply "Saya Video Editor". Unoficially, it's named after a cute Vampire Hunter whom both you and I know

The rationale for starting the project was that there isn't any cross-platform video editor yet - and I'm poor, and I use Linux. So after giving suggestions and complaints to Linux video editor teams (none of the editors I tested was friendly enough to make my first AMV

The good news is that with effort and guidance, I may be able to have a working (altho somewhat limited) version by the end of the year.

The bad news is that since I haven't used many commercial Video Editors, I lack the knowledge (read: screenshots) to decently implement the features that require navigating more than two menu/dialog levels deep.

This is where you can cooperate. Currently I need screenshots (screencasts are even better) of the following features in (insert your favorite video editor here) :
* Importing video/audio
* A list of all available effects, transitions and their parameters
* Any advanced feature in the timeline
* Title creation and modification
Any help would be really appreciated. We can make this work!!
Hint: The print-screen key and Irfanview will be of great use for this. Please save your screenshots in 85% or greater quality JPG format and send them to my e-mail address. Drop me a message so I can give out my email to you and proceed with the interchange.

Thanks!
