For when he sat down at his computer, he found that it had been replaced with a 2000 model. And that only WMM and Internet Explorer was installed. And his only footage was Naruto fansubs. And that all that officially took up all his memory, minus a few mbs to [barely] run the computer and hold the project file and the final exported file. Not only that, but he had to upload it using dial-up.

But it had Internet Explorer, and by gosh, that's enough for downloading porn. So Eidolon was never finished, unlike countless boxes of Kleenex.
