Tons of ideas but no DVDs and no software. What to do?

Hi, I have a lot of ideas for funny AMV's (a-la AMV Hell style) but I don't have original footage. I was wondering if there could be some volunteers who would like to cooperate with the edition and footage. Has something like this been done in here?

ask friends who may own anime dvds if you can borrow them, as mentioned above you can rent them, if you want them cheap then check out sites like ebay, just be careful as a lot of those may be bootlegged and not that great in quality.

Do what everyone else does. Steal your source. I don't mean pirate it on the internet, that's a big no no. I mean walk into your local store, pick up the DVD, start walking out, and if anyone tried to stop you punch them in the fucking face and knee them in the balls. It's what *REAL* amvers do.
