Hey RichLather!! Do you do Civil War re-enactments or are you dressed up for something else? If so, what troop are you with? I've done a couple re-enactments down in Texas that were a lot of fun and to be honest, this is the last place I expected to meet someone else who did that kind of thing. So seeing your picture was a pleasant surprise, to say the least.

Yepper. 94th Ohio Volunteer Infantry.

This year did Shaker Village KY, Hale Farm OH, Billie Creek IN, Buffington Island OH, Antietam MD and Perryville KY, and also marched in two Veterans' Day parades.

The sad thing is, some of the attitudes and depictions from that episode aren't too far off the mark, especially on the eastern seaboard and especially in Confederate reenacting ranks.
