having problem with FTP client.

I enter everything like I'm supposed to hit connect and it won't connect for file upload. I waited a few hours tried again and still won't connect. Should I cancel upload request and try it again?

I'm using fileZilla.

a program called peer guardian was blocking me once from connecting to the ftp - so just check nothing is blocking you.

Nothing should be blocking me, didn't have a problem before but I'll dig further into it.

if you're not using passive mode you may want to give that a try (edit-settings-firewall settings)

other than that, I've had some problems with copying and pasting the username & password. I suggest trying it out by hand very carefully (slow, deliberate keystrokes)

ah ok, I think I disabled router from letting it access when I was shutting down random processes to maximise the efficency of my computer while I was doing some other things. after a restart, no problems. thanks.
