amv help

ok i made an amv and there is something wrong with how it uploads.

its 1/2 my amv and the other half is just green background. my amv is on the top. how do i make my amv the whole screen? i think it happened cause i downloaded the avi of an episode off myBitttorrent for wide screen? idk but when i edit it in windows movie maker it looks fine. when i upload it, its all messed up? im so frustrated..
