Today, I saw the AMV Naruto AMV - Pride to Shame Sasuke, All to Blame

and i want to ask for a link to download this AMV with a good quality

Yes it's free. Just click the green link at the bottom of that page that says "LOCAL" and then click the link that says "Proceed" at the bottom of the next page. Wait there 10 seconds and the download should start.
