New AMV - possible issue

Hello again. I currently have a new AMV (Neon Genesis Evangelion movies / Bruce Springsteen) ready for upload, but there is an issue which I think I should bring to attention first; run it by the admins and see if it's okay. There is a brief (less than one second) scene of female upper-body nudity (it's the Eva movies, after all), and while I don't think there should be any problems content-wise I still thought it would be wise to post here before uploading.

I'm no admin, but if people can host Elfen Lied videos locally, I think your half second of nudity can be overlooked. >__>

as long as it's not blatant porn then you will be fine, for instance I've seen several videos of the Asuka bath tub scene on local and they are allowed to be there..

the nudity isnt the problem so much as people wanting to use this site to host hentai.

and Elfen videos that break local rules should be reported... though just because it's elfen doesn't mean that it's got violence.

Eh, I didn't think the Elfen Lied video that popped into my head broke the rules or anything. It just had a couple of the topless scenes from the first episode that lasted several seconds each. From that, I just assume that the video in question in this thread would be fine since it's less than a second.

Nudity is fine... sexual nudity is what's not allowed on local. I thought they made that point clear in the guidelines.

I didn't think there was going to be a problem, really, I just thought it would be best to be safe. Thanks for putting up with me, though.

As far as I've always been able to tell, if it's obvious at a glance the nudity was meant to give people a hard on then it's prohibited. If there's an at least semi-valid claim to be made that the nudity is artistic then it's ok.
