I had this idea a while ago, but lacking any editing skills can´t do it myself.
So the song is "Wounds" by Masterplan and the anime One Piece, specially Usopp in the Enies Lobby arc. Listening to this song always makes me think of Sogeking and Usopp´s caracter developement and this has potential to be as great as Sail On amv by Many Lemons.
