Cannot Read ANY AVI

For some strange an unexplained reason, Adobe Premier Pro CS3 will no longer import, read or render any type of AVI file. This includes HuffyYUV, Lagarith and Uncompressed. I get a Cannot Compile Movie Error for Huffy, it freezes and crashes with Lagarith and Uncompressed won't import.

Help? :_(

did you install any new codec packs recently?

Grab Codec Sniper. See if any of your codecs are broken. :\
