ERROR indirect video upload! Help!

Post by masterGT » Mon Apr 14, 2008 11:14 am

I tried to add an indirect link to an alternative XviD version, but everytime I get this ERROR Message:
ERROR: Link is not valid: 302 - Found

Common Problems:
* Protocal required: http://, https://, ftp://
* No closing / at the end of a directory:
http://www.site.com/video/directory should be http://www.site.com/video/directory/
* You just typed the name in wrong. :-)
This is my video link. It's working:
http://www.megaupload.com/de/?d=E3WVTJUN

I have the protocol, it's typed correctly and it's also not working with the / at the end.
Another user told me, he has the same problem.

Someone know what's wrong?

Are you sure you're selecting "indirect" ?

Yea.
Here's a screenshot. I also tried several browsers, with the same problem.

Ah, I see. Mark the format as "other" instead of ".avi". The link doesn't end in ".avi" and that may be what's causing the problem. I tried adding it to one of my videos that way and it worked perfectly.

Sorry to say: No luck with this either. Maybe a site problem?

I have the very same problem with this video, I can't add the megaupload link. I get the same error as masterGT did. I think it's some kind of site problem >_>
Anyhow a link created with tiny.cc worked, but strangely tinyurl.com didn't work.
I suggest you guys take a look at that issue.
