Sony Vegas Problem

OK when i checked everything before i was about to render as when there is like a Video FX of Cookie Cutter that changes throughout my video when i didnt put it there. Can someone plz help me!

are you sure you didn't add it to the entire track?

thx and yeah i found out wat i did few min. after i put the post up and ur right i did do it to the whole track:P
