Outlaw Star 2?

We'll I heard there is an outlaw star 2 manga out in japan, but will that be created into the show. Or what about a movie is there any plans for Outlaw Star or do you think that they could make an Outlaw Star movie. Because I think it would be interested if they did.

The thing is... They didn't really plan on making a second season for Outlaw Star. But there was a manga they created to potentially create a second season from.. Then again, it was really a money issue with starting a second season of Outlaw Star. If there were enough interest over in japan for a second season, they would probably start one. This was all from what I have seen and heard about the beginning of the year. But it's been a while and not sure if it is currently in the works or not..

If you ask 80% of Japanese (meaing from Japan) animation fans, they won't know what Outlaw Star is. Same with many of the lesser Bandai/Sunrise productions.

Personally I thought it was a nice series though.

well to tell you the truth i wouldnt know what to think of a part 2
i was disapointed in outlaw star period it left you with a blah feeling so i dont want them to do it again

Considering how The Big O is being continued solely for sake of the American audience it is not far fetched to think that American interest in a sequel to Outlaw Star would go unnoticed. The creator certainly isn't oppossed to the idea.

I really liked Outlaw Star myself. (Got the whole series on DVD) I too wouldn't mind a second season/series to the show. Beginning where it left off! But hey, if it happens it happens! If not, no skin off my back. 8)

A second series would be nice. I very much enjoyed the first one, but I doubt it'll happen any time soon.
