This IS actually my first post. A lot of other good content from my early days is buried with the Off Topic section of the olden days.

Some funny quotes to spare you reading my uber-lengthy posts from that period, a number of which spanned multiple sections which were numbered with roman numerals:

As a side note, I wouldn't want to have sex with a musicologist. Or an arts major. They scare me. Not because they're all the same, but because they're so damn smart and you never know what's on their mind... Also, I have a suspicion towards anything finite, recorded or too organized.

Just for god's sake, don't learn languages that you don't have a lot of interest in. Actually, don't learn anything that you don't have interest in.

So far, upon coming into this forum, you are yet to make a provable statement and argue it with appropriate convincingness, properly defend it from criticism, and all the while stay respectful to others' opinions. Let alone something as obviously indefensible as 1+1=3

I'm suggesting you learn some respect and good rhethoric skills. These will come in far more handy in life than trolling abilities.

My memories of when I started were that I didn't give a fuck about this place as a community and it wasn't worth posting unless I had a technical question. Considering like the first page of my posts are nothing but tech questions I had reality seems to have backed up my memory. I forget why I changed to not giving a fuck about the community but wasting time posting here anyway though.

OK, one more time, to explain what you have been doing around here and why it doesn't work.

You come in with a series of subjective value judgements. You rub them in everyone's face and present them as an almost-irrefutable, objective truth.

Then, you have quite a few members coming in and posting their opinions regarding what you've said. Most seem to disagree with you.

Now that's fine. But what do you do then? Instead of reasonably responding to critical views of your position and presenting rational arguments, what is your responce? There is no real response. All you do is take bits and pieces out of responses that support your position and blatantly ignore everything else.

In other words, you have been defeated rhethorically.

Man. I owned people SO HARD in discussion. SO HARD.

I'd also like to recall the incident where dwchang thought I was just a fake account by Hatter and called shenanigans on me.

...in retrospect, I totally see why now.
