Nah, it should have all been installed with that download. Just look in your start menu under "AMVapp."

okay so, after almost an hour it's done ripping, i was a little scared, because when it stated it was completed, it played a little song O_O anyway... i'll try to put the files on virtualdub mod... but i don't know where the vob files were downloaded to -_-

oh wait nvm, it says right on the dvd decrypter page where it is... just busy being a noob

well i didn't have a lot to compare it to, but the video isn't that bad, it's not too clear, a little blurry, but other than that it's okay... i don't know, i'll make an amv and see what it looks like afterwards...

Even some of the official DVDs have looked like bootleg or worse, like Manga Video's X or their Macross Plus: Movie Edition. For Christ's sake, Macross was a VHS rip with the subs hardkeyed into the frames.

Some anime is done poorly in the first place. All you get from putting poor anime on dvd is a dvd with poor anime.

I've had the same trouble with documentaries. If the original video was crude, it stays crude.

As for anime with a high price, well I have a buddy that is looking to sell some of his stash. But he can't really part with it. So he prices it high and figures if no one bites, oh well. He's loath to "give" away his KOR for instance.

Yeah, that was just amazing. The picture was crystal clear O_O mine looks NOTHING like that, you don't happen to know any videos that used bootlegs for their footage do you? I know my quality isn't the cream of the crop, but I'm hoping my isn't the all mighty crap of the crop either.
