Uploaded file isn't recognized

I had to cancel an upload, and after going through the numerous steps to confirm everything, I got another password and sucessfully uploaded the file. When I went to confirm it, however, I was told that my cancel request had been granted, and that there was no video to confirm.

Do you guys want to fix this, or should I just upload it again?

I noticed that the address for the file seemed to be missing the password, so I have gone ahead and uploaded the file again, to another address.
