A forum for newbies?

What in the world is with your fetish with Chii? I mean, she's a great editor and all, but geez... o___O;

And to be on topic, after reading through many of the posts in this topic, I can't see enough benefits in a new board dedicated to newbies to warrant the creation of one. Besides, it would just be one more board for moderators to keep track of. :\
