Hay guys. I havent' actually been following the thread anymore since it's moving too fast for me, but when I signed on today I had a PM about a Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi Genderbending Visual Novel Project being organized by a group of people on AnimeSuki. In short they wanted me to be on the team of people who are drawing the artwork for it. It would be awesome if the idea went through, but experience tells me most of it usually just fails on the first step |:

God, I find it amusing how this thread has degenerated into image dumps of Kyonko x Itsuko yuri pics. Of course I'm no different!

I think I'll go with confused. It isn't a good word, but it sums up the situation pretty well :p

I like gender blurred.

It's the way I felt about Kasimashi Girl Meets Girl. After the first ep the guy is genuinely a girl. So what. If I snapped my fingers, and tomorrow you changed from being a boy to being a girl, and you still liked girls, that wouldn't make you a lesbian.

It would make you a combination of frustrated (no more thrill of ejaculation) and amused (able to feel up a girl when you wanted to, just by playing with yourself).

If the character is merely re written as the other gender, it doesn't stop us thinking of them as the other. Kyon will always be a guy to me after watching the original series.

I also don't think of Ranma as a girl, regardless of how amusing it is to look at him in girl mode.
