Just saw the first dvd today (buddy got it).

Hmm I like it so far. my only previous exposure was in a few amvs.

I like it, it's not the usually cute icky anime (which I normally watch), but it's also not just more of the same old violent goth looking anime either (well not yet at any rate).

I expect to enjoy more of this series hopefully.

(oh and I have not reviewed the thread, so no worries about comments spoiling anything for me

).

I would assume you are talking about anime with lots of Moe. Am I right? I happen to like those too.

Anyways, this series is awsome. It kept me very interested the whole way through. My one complaint is the second intro song. The song itself, not the animation to it. To each his own, I suppose.

After Light dies Misa commits suicide which is a perfect example of how completely obsessed she is with him. It affects her mentally.
Also, fail.
