How often do people buy albums?

I was just wondering what people spend on aveage on music because i buy maybe 2-6 albums a week and thought maybe its a little unnatural to spend so much on music.

2-4 a month. Usually used or from BMG.

umm i buy like about 5-8 a year i would really have to like the artist and their music to buy their album

Since I have rent to save up for, about one a month. Which comes out of a specific "CD/DVD Fund" coin jar.

I choose absolutely deliberately.

I went through a "CD-a-week" phase in college and ended up selling 90% of the crap back after 3 years.

Well I'm in that stage I, for example, I'm really running low on cash and I walked into a record store today and came out $60 poorer, $60 which i really couldn't afford on two cds i sisnt really need that desperately.
I just cant resist the urge to buy all the cds i missed out on from the majority of my life I was sheltered from music.
