How do I produce a "shaky cam" style?

Hello, I was trying to get a "shaky cam" look for an AMV and was wondering if there is some type of editor I can use with a preset shaky cam edit. if you have any ideas on how to do thins or have any program names i should look into please let me know, Thank you.

This should go in the special effects section I think... but oh, well.
Well, you can do a shaky effects in pretty much any editor that lets you zoom and change the position of a clip. You can do this in premiere, vegas, after effects... I think most of other editors too. Just zoom a bit, then move around the clip with the help of keyframes and apply motion blur.
A tip: if you use after effects, you can use the expression wiggle(x,y). Put it in the position parameter and put on x the maximum lateral movement and on y the maximum vertical movement. It will randomly move around the image.
Last thing: as this was asked in the past, I also link you to this discussion. It has other solutions and suggestion you might find useful.

if you don't have AE, then you can make it yourself fairly easily with panning
