Hmm, the game Yin Yang more likely refers to the bishoujo ero-game Yin-Yang - X-Change Alternative, and it involves an effeminate guy named Kaoru turning into a girl. And yes, Kaoru gets to have a chance getting screwed by either gender.

This ero-game is actually out in the U.S. if you want to get a copy!
