Link to the rules on the acen website (with address for mailing entries)
Plus I'll have the entry form ready soon so people can start sending in their submissions.

If you can provide an easy download for me (ie http, ftp etc, and not some "go to website X and register blah blah blah") then you can turnin your entry forms and videos that way.
