I don't ask for much. Just a BLT, and you can swap out the bacon for bologna and still have a BLT, so that's fine too.

oh oh oh WAIT....the Caramel Apple Bash (10+pound apple pie that's at least half a foot high, filled with golden brownies, toffee crumbles, caramel, etc. etc.) from Capn Jack's in Matunuck, RI. Served with homemade vanilla ice cream.
Obviously I haven't found anything to eat in Vermont that's worth my time. I am soooo deprived, I tell you! People actually bring me food from out of state when they visit.
I have to say the clamcakes from Jim's Dock in Jerusalem, RI, beat Iggy's any day.Millenear wrote:Doughboys and clamcakes from Iggy's (Warwick, RI)

Let's fan the flames... These are Rhode Island places.
Buttonwoods fish & chips. It's English style, and by that I mean HUGE pieces of fish, battered & crunchy, wrapped in newspaper with those little stubby fries (Warwick)
Pork pies & eggplant pizza from Sweet Temptations (Warwick & East Greenwich)
and for those happy times... Hot Weenies from Smith Hill. **drool**
I understand, DriftRoot.. my mother Overnight's me local food
